I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MCA. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT, MARIA ALWAYS INFORMATIVE, FRIENDLY, TAKING YOUR APPT. AND FOLLOWING YOUR REPAIR TILL COMPLETE. JEREMY THE OWNER WITH KIETH ARE EXCELLENT "VEHICLE DOCTORS" BRIDGING TRADITIONAL MECHANICAL SKILLS WITH ADVANCED COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS, SOFTWARE, AND ELECTRONIC ISSUES. I SHOULD KNOW BEING A RETIRED PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HONEST SERVICE WHICH IS HARD TO FIND IN THIS ECONOMY. THEY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A REPAIR ON MY PRIUS AND INFORMED ME OF A TSB ISSUED FOR MY VEHICLE, REPAIR FULLY COVERED BY TOYOTA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR YOUR CAR REPAIRS.

I live in Queens and drive all the way out to MCA in Selden because I trust Troy and his team. I recently had my NYS Inspection done on my 2012 Dodge Caravan. She passed. Troy also performed a safety check and saw that the seal on my transmission was starting to leak. That was addressed immediately. He also pointed out things that he's watching that are not of any immediate concern. I like that. It helps me prepare & budget for future maintenance. I feel secure going there for oil changes, breaks & routine maintenance. They do the repair right the first time. The service is quick, efficient and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional & honest. I'd rather drive 55 miles from where I live to MCA in Selden than take my vehicle to the stations 1 to 5 miles away from my home.

I needed a NYS inspection and when I called Troy said YES , just come in soon and it will be done , there service and professional is only passed by their work .

The staff at MCA II are always very friendly, helpful and honest. They always work with me, about what work is a priority and what is not. This helps me make my decisions on what I can afford to have done at that particular time. This most recent visit was to have my exhaust repaired. When MCA II received the part my car was fixed the next day. Unfortunately car maintenance and repairs can be costly, but when you have honest mechanics who are willing to work with you, and a friendly receptionist to relay the information, it makes car maintenance and repairs much easier. I owned many cars over the years and always have had them serviced and repaired by the team at MCA II. I highly recommend them! Thanks MCA II 😊
