I had my car towed to Middle Country Automotive in April 2022. They did complete testing and I received the unfortunate news that my engine locked up. I have a 2004 Sebring Convertible and as professionals they advised me it may be in my best interest to get a newer vehicle and the possibility of other issues with an older car. I asked them to price out a remanufactured and a rebuilt engine for me. I made the decision to have Middle Country Automotive remove and replace with a remanufactured engine and they kept my car safe during the wait period for the engine. Once they received the engine they immediately got to work on the tedious job of removing and re-installing my engine. In the meantime they advise me of other mechanical issues some needing immediate attention. It has been five weeks and almost 650 miles driven since I was handed back by beloved car. It is running great and I am so happy with the attentive, professional, and kind service I received from the entire team. I will use them for all of my services in the future.
