Selden and Centereach Auto Repair

All I can say to the staff at Middle Country Automotive in Selden is: Thank you so much! I have had too many bad experiences with mechanics in the past so I was very weary when searching for some in my area, but after seeing the online reviews for Middle Country Automotive, I took a chance and brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them. From making the appointment to picking the truck up after being serviced (and everything else in between), the customer service I received was fantastic. Everyone who I spoke to was friendly and personable, and I ultimately felt comfortable enough to have them work on my truck (this says A LOT because I have an inherent distrust for most mechanics). While it wound up not being anything too serious, they were able to fix the problem with my exhaust system within 2 hours of me dropping it off to them and soon enough they were calling to let me know that it was ready to be picked up. I was also expecting to pay a lot more than I actually had to, which is also a huge plus. After this experience, I will absolutely be returning in a few weeks when it's time for me to get my inspection renewed as well as a few other services that I know need to be done.

Been bringing my cars here for years. You won't find a better shop or a better group of people anywhere. The entire staff is accommodating, professional and the nicest group of people you'll ever meet. Their work is top-notch. They are very flexible with timing of bringing your car in, they will work with your schedule. Highly, highly recommend.
