I got stuck on the road and had AAA tow my car to MCA II for repairs. They accepted my car on short notice. They called me with the diagnosis and price. After approval they had my car working in no time.

been bringing my car here since I moved to Centereach almost 4 years ago, I would recommend this place and Jeremy personally to anyone in the area. took care of my cylinder head , exhaust and yearly maintenance like brakes and fluids. im 34 and havent been able to say i have a good auto shop until these guys. these technicians are trustworthy and will do what's right by their customer.
