Middle Country Automotive II
I went here for oil change in March during the first time. The oil leaked. I called them and they asked me to come back. They claimed the washer was broken and they replaced a new one. On the second time this week, I found the oil pan hole become stripped because of their first change. They asked me to tow my car to their garage. They charged me another $500 for oil pan replacement. The second day after oil pan replacement, I found they did not put the skid plate. I came back. They did not admit the fault but put things back. They also broke the exhaust system and my car has huge noises after the oil pan replacement. Again, they do not admit their fault. I am disappointed now and suggest others not to come here, for their bad service and ability.
Yousen, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. Upon returning to us after 6,000 miles from the original oil change there was no evidence of an oil leak. When questioned you told us that the vehicle was at another facility who attempted to do an oil change for you. It appears that the damage to the oil pan was created while they were working on your vehicle. Unfortunately we weren't made aware that the skid plate was in your trunk. Otherwise we would have installed it at that time. We stand behind everything that we do and can not be held responsible for someone else's actions.
