The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, kind and a pleasure to do business with. Although there were several customers picking up their cars when I arrived to pick up mine, Kelly patiently explained the warrantee and other details regarding the work that had been done on my car. I treat others with kindness and respect and it was wonderful being treated just that way by Middle Country Automotive’s staff.

This repair shop does excellent repairs, and their customer service is excellent I gave him five stars for the repair work and for the customer service. Everybody that works at middle country automotive is courteous and professional, and they don't try to upsell you for additional work on your vehicle that you don't need.
