I don't like incompetance nor unprofessional people at a place of business and that's all so abundant on long island with peoples attitudes. Where I am from San Francisco and lived in upstate new York customer service is the "norm" Anyhow I finally found a place that gets it right. I took my car to Volkswagen and another auto dealer and they could not fix the problem and actually criticized me and tried to overcharge me to do the work. I went to Middle Country Automotive and that was it. An estimate one fourth of what the other places charged and I did the work and the car was running like never before with new fuel pump and a proper price. Professional and when there was a glitch in the paperwork it was immediately taken care of and I was given a loaner car on my next occasion. This place is seriously a great place and they do act like family you will see for yourself. Give them a try I have a foreign car and I go there for everything now as I trust them. Ask for Keith they are smart and professional and give you real deal stuff so you don't have to go to nasty scum places that take your money and treat you like your an idiot. This place is respectful. TLC and VW tried to charge me over $2000 for a job and I got it done here for under $500

Good, honest people here. Truly looking to help you out and make sure you get the best deal. Took my Chevy here to fix the catalytic converter after months of deciding and they quoted me one price, which made me cringe. After the work was done, they told me they were able to save me some money on how they fixed it and ended up saving me ~$800! That’s an honest company there! I also asked them to not change my windshield wipers because I had just done them myself and they said they don’t do anything on the car until they run it by me. Oh! News to me considering ANOTHER unnamed shop changed my windshield wipers after I had changed them myself WITHOUT asking me, and charged me for it! I’ve recommended family/friends to them and they’ve all had great experiences also!

Middle Country provides excellent service and i am very happy with my experiences with them. They are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. once again they came to my rescue and gave me a jump start. they were at my house promptly and were very professional. the service man wore a mask, did the job quickly and had a great sense of humor! they are the best.

I've been a customer for 14 years. My husband and I bring both of our SUV's (Ford and Suzuki) here because they are the only auto repair shop that we trust. I know when I have to get an inspection, I can trust their analysis, and if they say I need a repair I do. Each staff member is always professional, there's never a question that goes unanswered, never have they made a repair that I didn't approve, and each repair is explained in detail by the mechanic that is working on the automobile. In today's world it is rare to find an affordable auto shop that you can trust and where the work done is of excellent quality. Also, you know its a great place when you see the same employees each time you return; year after year.

All the men were really nice. Troy was honest and helpful. Time efficient. All in all good service 👍
