Great customer service and auto service.

Got in my car after work and when I started it, all the lights on the dash came on and started flashing - brake light, cruise control light, anti-skid, check engine, etc. I immediately called MCAII, told them what was happening and they told me to come right in. They diagnosed and repaired the problem on the spot - even with getting the part delivered I was out of there within an hour. As always, great service and all the work is guaranteed. I couldn't be happier with this shop.

They are great Kelly taking time to ask what’s going on with my car and asking how my family is to the mechanics going over what they need to do to fix my car and when it will be fixed . I have been coming here for years !!!

The people who work at Middle Country Auto are so nice and accommodating. I had to tow my car unexpectedly at closing time on a Saturday. They took my name and information, then promptly looked at my car first thing on Monday morning. Troy called and gave me a detailed explanation of the problems with my car and the next steps to pursue. I had my car back, good as new, by 2:00 on Monday. The team there is always prompt, and never trying to sell you a bill of goods. My family has been customers there for more than 15 years, and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.
