My alternator went bad so I took my car to the shop and explained to Troy what had happened and he grabbed the keys and said we will take care of this... The parts we're under warranty I didn't have to pay anything for repair. The fact that they took care of the situation without any questions asked was very trustworthy. Thank you, Troy!

It is always a pleasure dealing with MCA. While having car trouble is stressful, knowing I can call these guys and know they will always say "bring it in" and they will resolve my issue relieves the stress almost immediately. Monday as I was drivingin, suddenly lots of lights popped up on my dash and the car wouldn't really move. I called and Kelly said of course to come on in. I did so and left the car there because it turned out to be two sensors were out and had to be ordered. But everyone kept me up on the details and my car was ready much sooner than anticipated (which is always the case). Can't say enough positive things about MCA and everyone who works there; nicest people you'll ever meet.
