The staff at Middle Country Automotive II accommodated my request to have my car inspected and to have an oil change done when I requested, as they usually do . The work was finished when they told me it would be, and they notified me as soon as it was done. They suggested some minor repairs that were needed that were observed during the inspection process. They advised me of them, explained why they needed to be done and how much it would cost. The staff at MCA II are always very courteous and professional.It is a pleasure to do business with them!

I had good experience. treated with respect and always a fair deal. Me and anyone i know goes there. One of the last places around that give you customer satisfaction and integrity and the fact they know how to fix almost any cars problems. this is my 10th time there for oil change and tune up and diagnosis and the prices are half as much as you would pay volkswagen. they are not greedy nor condescending towards your requests or inquiries. i almost feel i am in upstate ny because they don't act like other nonsensical mechanics.
