Really great experience. I appreciate the professionalism, even this email to follow up and share my experience. The hardest part for me when going to a mechanic for anything is the lack of knowledge I have around anything car related. The parts, how it works, what things should cost, etc. Because I dont have the language or understanding of my car, it makes it hard to understand any diagnosis or work I need to get done, which leaves me vulnerable. And so, I appreciate the professionalism - its so rare in the auto industry to walk into a mechanic and get that level of customer service. Thanks again
