I was late for my appointment and they still accommodated me. They noticed that my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I pointed out they charged me for new ones recently, they checked their records and confirmed. They replaced all wipers free of charge.

Have been using mca II since they opened. Very reliable, honest, & fair priced. But..... the past 2 times my career came back with something broken, & they didnt tell me they broke it. I had to go & question them about it. They are replacing the hub caps they broke, i understand things break, all i ask is that they tell me when i pick the car up. I shouldn't have to find out on my own. I can't open the hood because they broke the inside hood pull . But the mechanical work is amazing. And if they would just tell me if they broke something i wouldn't be so upset. But i would recommend them in a heart beat!
