Ive been bringing my minivan to Middle Country Automotive for a while now, and I couldnt be more impressed with the service. Yesterday, my vehicle had an issue, and even though we didnt have an appointment, my husband brought it in. Troy immediately offered to look at it, and although he needed us to leave the vehicle for a bit, he was very understanding and communicative. After some time, Troy called us with a detailed explanation of the problem and the cost to fix it. What really stood out was that instead of just pushing for the repair, he offered a temporary, no-cost solution to get us by until we could fully address the issue. He even assessed the car for free, which is not something you see often at other shops. I truly appreciate the honesty, the helpful advice, and the thoughtful customer service. Highly recommend Middle Country Automotive, and Ill definitely keep coming back!
