Have been using mca II since they opened. Very reliable, honest, & fair priced. But..... the past 2 times my career came back with something broken, & they didnt tell me they broke it. I had to go & question them about it. They are replacing the hub caps they broke, i understand things break, all i ask is that they tell me when i pick the car up. I shouldn't have to find out on my own. I can't open the hood because they broke the inside hood pull . But the mechanical work is amazing. And if they would just tell me if they broke something i wouldn't be so upset. But i would recommend them in a heart beat!

Without an appointment--I brought my SUV in for a NYS inspection at 4:15 PM --note they close at 5PM. Without much hesitation --my car was in the bay and a half hour later I was driving away, inspection sticker in place. That is how a business develops a customer.
