I have never brought a vehicle into Middle County Automotive however when I called today the man(Joe I believe his name was) was very helpful in answering my questions even though he informed me that the engine and vehicle I needed guidance on he didn't have experience with for 30 years. He sent me in the right direction, was very professional, and wished me luck and to call back if I needed any help. Thank you for a breath of fresh air phone call when you don't expect such patience calling a mechanical company.

They have extremely helpful in helping my son not get ripped off by used car dealers. We are again in the dreadful search for a used suv or truck for my 19 year old as his truck was just totaled.We bring everything to them to get checked before purchasing as we learned the hard way. Car dealers are not your friends. I'm very grateful to middle country automotive for being upfront and honest if a purchase is not my son's best interest. Might look pretty on the outside, but if it has majorEngine leaks, brake problems, transmission problems its just gonna look pretty in the driveway. I highly recommend them for any repairs you need. I took my vehicle here hours AFTER I was disgusted to receive an estimate from another company that I just knew wanted wayyyyy too much $ (over twice what I ended up paying Jeremy) for things that my car did not even need! From this point forward, I think I will ONLY bring my vehicle to Jeremy. He not only fixed my car, he fixed it to better than brand new from an air conditioning standpoint. Jeremy also fixed it to literally the penny of his estimate AND in less than a half a day. Also, Jeremy EXPLAINED everything that was wrong with the car to me in a way that I completely understood BEFORE he did any work. I simply CANNOT say enough about Jeremy and Maria. This is the FIRST review I have EVER given any company, as no company, car or otherwise, has made such a huge first impression on me. IF YOU WORK HARD for your money and are tired of paying for things that you dont even need, look no further. IF you just want to pay GREAT PEOPLE to do an HONEST and AMAZING job in both evaluating your vehicle for what it actually NEEDS and repairing your vehicle, look no further. My husband just brought my car this morning for an oil change. They found several problems on my lincoln. Having a newborn i dont feel safe driving the vehicle MCA worked with us on a price and are now fixing the car, all work should be done by tomorrow. So far, highly recommend. My experience from start to finish was amazing! I'm so glad I found these guys! Everything was smooth sailing, I felt like I wasn't being conned into paying more or getting things I didn't need like other places make you feel. They worked on my car soooo fast as well I was shocked! And everyone was so nice! Making my appointment was super easy as well. I'm telling you guys every single thing about this place was amazing.
