However, when a new oil pan was installed on my vehicle and then turned out to be defective, Troy at Middle Country Automotive did everything a customer could ask for. The replacement was completed quickly and courteously thereby causing minimal inconvenience. Their electronic service reminders are also a welcome addition to the usual sticker on the windshield. After having the mechanic I've been using for years suddenly close up shop, I was stuck with car troubles and no place to go. I decided to give MCA a try based on all the positive reviews online. I have been there twice now and the customer service has been fantastic. I highly recommend the team at MCA because they go above and beyond any mechanic that I've used before (they went as far as to replace a part for me at no charge after I arrived to pickup my car and realized an issue still persisted), and they also operate in the 21st century by sending text and email appointment reminders. I have an older and aging car, so I am extremely glad to have found a mechanic that I can trust and feel comfortable with.

I received a email from MCA reminding me that my state inspection was up. I scheduled my car be inspected and serviced. I mentioned that I might need the brakes done. MCA said they would check that out. It turns out that my brakes were still good and didn't need replacing yet. I like MCA work and honesty!
