I had my Ford Escape serviced this morning and I could not be happier! Customer service is the best~the guys there are honest, courteous, very knowledgeable and FAST! I needed a new axle and everything was done within 90 minutes! I give MCA 5+ stars. Thank you Joe and staff.

In the past I've dealt with a ton of auto repair shops. I'm by no means a car guy and felt in the past that shops have taken advantage of that. I've used this shop for a few years now. Cant beat the customer service and quality of work!!

This place is excellent! This shop can handle any automotive repair or problem. They don't cherry-pick what they want to repair like some shop do. They usually have three or four full-time A class technicians while other shops most of the time have only one. Excellent place if you have a problem that no one wants to help you including dealerships. One time I had a problem in 2014 with my fathers 2012 Toyota Rav4. The break pedal was soft with engine off and felt weak. I went to two Toyota dealerships since the car had a warranty and they said it was normal while I knew that there was a problem. I finally went to Middle Country Automotive. They confirmed that a break pedal can not be soft with engine off and diagnosed the problem to be ABS pump probably needed bleeding since it was probably not done at the factory. They connected the diagnostic computer and activated the ABS solenoids to bleed the trapped air in the pump. After 15 minutes the brake pedal was nice and firm. I filed a complain at NHTSA and I think it triggered a recall that Toyota hid under some other problem with the ABS pump. At Toyota dealership when I went for the recall the dealership techs only connected the computer the same way the Middle Country Automotive techs did!

I know nothing about cars, and so every time I go into an auto shop to get work done, I'm freaked out that I'm going to get cheated and whatnot. These guys, hands down, are the best - they worked fast on a day when there were more than 5 people in their waiting room. They were clear on what I was getting done, along with what they think I should get done but were in no way forceful about it, which was supremely helpful in making me feel comfortable and welcome. Definitely a friendly place, good work and definitely the place to go for a quick in and out inspection.

I have been going to Smithtown Toyota since 2013 for all my needs. I know I pay twice as much at a car dealership but their service was very good. I have a Toyota Corolla, Camry and a Sienna. Recently the battery on the 2010 Camry gave me trouble so I decided to save a little and try something different. Thankfully I didn't check Yelp but Google gave MCA II a nice 4.5 stars. I showed up, the reception was excellent, the manners, estimate and work was great. I was so impressed that I decided to bring my Corolla the same day to get the brake pads replaced. Again, the way they speak to you, their attention to their customers reminds me of old times when customized service was all the rage. I felt that I definitely saved money (compare to my usual dealership visits) and got great super fast work out of them. The wait in their cozy office was very comfortable especially since I was given the TV remote to watch whatever I please. In short, they made my dreaded car repair visit into a wonderful experience. I received multiple emails from them checking to see if everything was OK and two days later, got a voicemail with a customary check-in. THUMBS UP!!! Thanks MCA II for taking good care of NEW walk-ins.
