Middle Country Automotive II
I have been going to Smithtown Toyota since 2013 for all my needs. I know I pay twice as much at a car dealership but their service was very good. I have a Toyota Corolla, Camry and a Sienna. Recently the battery on the 2010 Camry gave me trouble so I decided to save a little and try something different. Thankfully I didn't check Yelp but Google gave MCA II a nice 4.5 stars. I showed up, the reception was excellent, the manners, estimate and work was great. I was so impressed that I decided to bring my Corolla the same day to get the brake pads replaced. Again, the way they speak to you, their attention to their customers reminds me of old times when customized service was all the rage. I felt that I definitely saved money (compare to my usual dealership visits) and got great super fast work out of them. The wait in their cozy office was very comfortable especially since I was given the TV remote to watch whatever I please. In short, they made my dreaded car repair visit into a wonderful experience. I received multiple emails from them checking to see if everything was OK and two days later, got a voicemail with a customary check-in. THUMBS UP!!!
