I have only had this car for a year, but I’ve put about $2k into repairs for it. The issue this car had was repetitive and long-lived, and neither Ford nor my previous mechanic would properly diagnose or even acknowledge what was a potentially very dangerous problem to continue driving around with. The mechanic that saw this car a few days before I brought it to you had kept it for 3 days and claimed there was nothing wrong with it. You guys were able to diagnose the two leaks within an hour or so of looking at it. Not only that, but you were incredibly personable, helpful, and I do not feel I was ripped off. (I actually know for a fact that Ford or the other mechanic would have charged me a minimum of double what you guys charged and probably wouldn’t have resolved the true issue) So far, my car runs fine. I no longer smell burning and I trust that the issues with the coolant leaking and so on have been resolved. I will definitely be coming back in the future should I need other services.
