My car had issues with multiple codes coming up. After inspection and a call back stating the problems, Troy and the MCA team delivered on fixing my car. I don't write reviews, but I'd have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with the work MCA has done. With 25 cars ahead of me, they had my car back the same afternoon. Like Troy said, "you'll feel the difference", which is an understatement because what they did makes my car feel like it's brand new! Appreciate it MCA, thank you!

I was referred to Middle Country Automotive II through Geico for a photo inspection. I've had both my wife's and my car there for service and will be using them for any future service our cars may need. If there is something else that needs to be done during an inspection or an oil change, they take the time to explain it to you and show you the problem. Last year my wife needed new filters and the shop manager took the filters out of her car and showed them to me in the waiting room. They were almost black. Yesterday I had my inspection performed and my brakes were not passable, so I had them changed and the car felt brand new as I was driving home. The staff is very friendly, and there is barely any wait time. This shop provides the best automotive service experience I have ever had.

I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I came in to get a wheel alignment. They had previously told me it cost $99. I left my car at 8am and Troy told me it would take about 1 hour and a half. 9:30 he calls me and says that because my car has a little bit of negative camber on my rear tires because I lowered he needed to get them aligned otherwise my tires would wear unevenly and it would take 30 minutes more. I said yes do it. He didn't tell me it would be $50 additional. I get to the shop at 11:30 and my car still not done. Im asking the girl on the counter how much longer it would take for my car to be ready and she gives me and attitude and tells me that Troy stepped out and it would be ten more minutes. Keith comes out and says to me that is taking longer to adjust the rear because my car doesnt have a way to adjust the camber. So why would Troy suggest that he adjust the camber on the rear tires if he knows there is no simple way? Because he wants another reason to charge me more. He already knew that the only reason I needed a wheel alignment is because I replaced the FRONT steering knuckle, so only the FRONT needed to be adjusted. But he wants to charge me more thats why he pushed to do the rear. If he would've said to me when he call me that I would be $50 additional to do the rear I would've said no because I had already asked and knew that is $99 for all wheels. He still charged me the 50. So at the end of the day THEY LEFT MY REAR TIRES WITH WAY TOO MUCH TOE IN, I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 FOR NO REASON AND I WAS ONE HOUR LATE FOR WORK. So Thanks Middle country automotive for screwing me over. I will never bring any of my cars to your shop again. There has been more times were they tried to over charge me and I will update this post to share with everyone, I just dont have the time right now. UPDATE: Joe took care of me after my complaint. Fixed the alignment on all four tires and gave me a $50 store credit. I expected cash back but I guess is fine. He is a gentleman.

Frank, Thank you for bringing your vehicle back to us to address the issues you were having with the repairs we did. The alignment was redone to the best it could, because as discussed prior modifications done to the rear of the vehicle else where prevent the alignment to be 100%. As well we issued you a refund of $50 and I apologize again for any miscommunications you had with our office. Horrible service and incredibly dishonest. I came in at 9 and waited 2 hours before they even took a look at my car. They couldn't diagnose my car's problem, instead a guy pointed out several different problems. When I asked the mechanic who was working on my car about these problems, he said there was no problem. Based on the suggestion from mechanic at the front desk, I decided to get my transmission mount changed. They charged me $150 for the mount and $100 for the service. Later I did some research and turns out the mount actually costs $40. Not only this but they told me to come pick up the car at 2pm, when I came to pick it up, turns out they didn't even start working on it yet. I left at 4pm. What a bunch of scam artists. Dont go here!

Mr. Zhen, Thank you for taking my call on Saturday February 6, 2016. Per our conversation your transmission mount is an original equipment part in which list price is $182. As you are aware we did not charge list. We at Middle Country will not use an inferior part as we stand behind our work for 24/24 and have found that inexpensive after market parts typically fail within 6 months. In regards to your conversation with our ASE certified tech about "problems" the issues were not safety issues, but maintenance schedules based on Honda's mileage intervals. I do apologize for your inconvenience as it relates to the communication breakdown on completion time.
