Horrible service and incredibly dishonest. I came in at 9 and waited 2 hours before they even took a look at my car. They couldn't diagnose my car's problem, instead a guy pointed out several different problems. When I asked the mechanic who was working on my car about these problems, he said there was no problem. Based on the suggestion from mechanic at the front desk, I decided to get my transmission mount changed. They charged me $150 for the mount and $100 for the service. Later I did some research and turns out the mount actually costs $40. Not only this but they told me to come pick up the car at 2pm, when I came to pick it up, turns out they didn't even start working on it yet. I left at 4pm. What a bunch of scam artists. Dont go here!

I have been looking for a good honest automotive place to work on my car and I have definitely found one. MC automotive has been so great and has great prices. I can trust them to do work and let me know if there are any other problems honestly and not try to scam me. Very happy with all their work and the friendliness of their staff. They are friendly and courteous while you sit there and wait and try to make your wait more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The old tire Keith sold for my car is bad. With in 5 hours of leaving the shop the tire was 60% flat. I have to put air in the tire every 6 to 7 hours to drive. Why didn't you guys check - inspect the tire before you put it on my car ? Very unsafe practice on your part. $50 loss for me for the tire plus the inconvenience I am going through. The owner got in touch with me and gave a refund for the used tire/ I returned the old tire back to them. They also offered discount on my next oil change. Appreciate it.

Absolutely the most honest & capable auto repair facility ever! I'm a major DIYer...however when it's a bit more than I want to handle...I know that MCA will do the job as thoroughly as I would myself for a VERY reasonable cost. I highly recommend MCA!

Joe and Keith and the entire staff for that matter are great. Everyone there is curteous and respectful. Prices are not over inflated and they have never tried to do anything underhanded to me. Thanks guys and gals! BTW we have been customers since dy one!

This was my first visit to this station as I have been using the Selden location for many years. I was not disappointed as I still got the same professional and friendly care I have experienced at the Selden location. I always leave feeling that I was treated with the utmost respect and care. While Selden is much closer to my home, if needed, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.
