Terrible customer service The lady was shouting at me to bring my insurance card. I told her I have it on my phone. She insisted that I have it printed out. I came back with a print copy of my insurance card. She only took the policy number from the card then she threw the paper away. If you just needed the number, why did you behave like that? Why make me drive away to print that?? Very unprofessional Then she asked, “Does your car have satellite radio?” I said yes. But because I don’t pay for that service, she marked that my car does not have it! Then she asked about built in navigation. The same thing, she marked that my car doesn’t have it because I don’t pay the yearly fee! The way she lectured me how my car doesn’t these services (even though it does have them!) was very unprofessional and she was treating me like I know nothing
