So after Mother Nature helped to destroy my engine with her flood waters the staff at MCA II once again saved my 2015 Avalon Hybrid with their expertise. They met with the insurance assessor, who said that Jeremy was very professional and thorough in his cost estimate, ordered a new engine in a timely fashion, and installed it quick as lightning!
