Disgusting customer service, everyone here has a bad attitude and are racist!!!! After waiting ONE HOUR for a photo inspection they ask me what I'm waiting on and a guy yells at me say “I told you 15 mins” after he originally told me 45-50 mins wait. They all scram for everyone else but let it be someone of color they take their time. Disgusting !!!! If I could give NO stars I would

Sue very sorry you feel this way. We are by no means racist and we do not have any attitude issues. When you first came in you were told it would be about an hour to get your photo inspection done, to stop back if you can. We don't know if you left and then returned but the inspector finished working on other cars that were here ahead of you and got done earlier than expected. Instead of coming into the office and advising us that you were here you sat in your car and chose to blow your horn at employees to let them know you were here. That is not racist just poor manners on your part. When the inspector came out to do your photo inspection he asked you why you didn't come in and let him know you were here ? You chose to get upset with the inspector and we did not do your photo inspection at your request. Clearly we don't understand why you are making false accusations and we apologize if you got the wrong impression about our business. We hope that should you decide to return to us for service you will get a much different opinion as our many 5 star reviews from our many customers will verify.

Needed to make an appointment for service that had to be done as soon as possible. Called on Friday and I was able to drop the car off on Saturday morning. The work was completed before 11:00 AM. Always get great service with them.
