I have had nothing but excellent service and experience with Middle Country Automotive. Never wait longer then expected and very accommodating with last minute problems. We have four cars in our household and they have serviced all of them at one time or another. My kids bring their cars there and I never worry because I know they will be taken care of. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them to everyone I know. Great job.

Always an amazing experience at Middle Country Automotive! The AC on my wife's '03 Trailblazer-EXT was blowing luke warm air. Being a gear head...I threw my gauge set on the AC system & saw that the low side had very low pressure. I attempted to add a charge to the system & was able to bring the low side pressure to nominal spec & it was cooling a 'little' better BUT not as robust as it should. Enter Middle Country Automotive. I setup an appt. to bring the vehicle in. After Keith & his crew had a look at the system, they asked if it had ever been fully recharged & it hadn't. So Keith suggested a full recharge & I agreed. They recaptured all of the remaining refrigerant in the system, then evacuated it for approx. 30 min., then held it in vacuum for approx. 15 minutes to check for leaks which were non-existant, then added fresh compressor oil, followed by a full recharge of refrigerant (approx.3lbs). The whole process took almost 2-hours. This is because MCA is extremely thorough! Some repair shops would have it done in 30 min. however to do this job correctly, it will take some time & I understand this. -->The end result...the front & rear AC system now blows so cold even on the 90+ degree days we've been having, you could hang meat in it :) My wide is extremely happy as I am. I highly recommend MCA for ALL of your automotive repair needs!

My car had issues with multiple codes coming up. After inspection and a call back stating the problems, Troy and the MCA team delivered on fixing my car. I don't write reviews, but I'd have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with the work MCA has done. With 25 cars ahead of me, they had my car back the same afternoon. Like Troy said, "you'll feel the difference", which is an understatement because what they did makes my car feel like it's brand new! Appreciate it MCA, thank you!

Fantastic Pricing and fantastic staff. All mechanics know exactly what they are doing. I definitely would recommend if you have a car that needs work than these are the people to see.
