I apologize that you had a problem getting a complementary photo inspection for your insurance company. We do these inspections as a courtesy for our customers but you do need the correct paperwork that is necessary to get the inspection done. The instructions are sent to you by your insurance company and we also explain what is needed when you call. After you arrived there were several other clients arrived for their photo inspections and you did not have the correct paperwork for us to complete the inspection. We are always willing to help any way we can. We invited you to fax over your paperwork. We also do not like to keep others waiting so we took care of our other waiting clients while waiting for your paperwork to come through.. There is no additional charge for this service all we require is the correct paperwork and patients while we take care of all of the waiting clients. We are very sorry that you were not happy with our efforts to help you. We simply could not make others wait while your information was being faxed over.

So I have been taking my cars to MCA for a long time now. I have never had a problem with the service and I like the fact that they give you the recommended service to your vehicle but no pressure if you need a little time to save the money. I do strongly recommend them to everyone.
