I had a 10:00am appointment and my car was moved into the shop at 10:05am. Very punctual, organized and helpful. Made preventive repair recommendations on my newly purchased used car based on the car fax history of the vehicle. Will be bringing my car back on another day for these preventative maintenance procedures.
